  • What are the payment options?
•  Electronic Debit Will need Checking Account number and Routing number found on personal check.

    • How do I make a payment online?
      • First, you will need to have a check with your current bank account information on hand. 



      • Second, you will need to locate your account number with BCS. That number can be found above your name on the letter that BCS sent or on the credit report. If you are unable to locate this number, please feel free to contact us
      • Third, go to our payment form and fill in the information as requested.
      • Fourth, if you have any trouble getting the online payment to work, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Do you have something on your Credit Bureau?
  • How do I file a complaint?
    • Each and every BCS employee - not just the collection team - is thoroughly trained and tested on consumer protection law. This ongoing effort includes all levels of our management staff, marketing and sales, and administrative support team.
