The BCS Client Access Web (CAW) is a secure, automated online collection tracking system. This system allows immediate communication regarding the status of any of your accounts, 24/7. The BCS CAW system is HIPAA compliant so your clients' medical and dental records can be placed and managed securely.

Key features of the BCS CAW are: Report Access,Account Access, and Payment Reporting capabilities. BCS also offers additional services including: Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Consulting and our Pre-Collect Program.   • Report Access

    For immediate and specific information regarding your collection portfolio, the BCS CAW reporting function allows you to access your reports anytime directly from your computer. You also have the ability to customize reports to your specifications, and quickly download up-to-the-minute collection results.   • Account Access

    Our BCS CAW provides you with instantaneous and definitive updated account access. We make the search process easy. You only have to type in a few letters in the last name field and the system can quickly locate the requested account information. You can also create custom searches to bring up specific categories of customers. For additional information or to get started contact the BCS Client Support team.

  • Upload Accounts

    BCS makes it easy for you! From the comfort of your office, you can assign individual accounts, or you can securely transmit an entire file. Our system works in real time. As soon as you remit the information into our system, the collection process begins. We can work with your current format or help you to create an upload. BCS has programmers available to help you start sending accounts quickly to result in the prompt collection of your funds.   • Update Accounts

    The BCS CAW provides you with the opportunity to update accounts, report a payment, and more. We designed this system to make it easy for you. To run an account inquiry or to report a payment, simply type the consumers name and our system does the rest. For additional information contact the BCS Client Support team.

  • Message Center

    The BCS CAW message center is also a HIPAA compliant way for medical and dental clients to communicate with us. All data is encrypted and since messages never leave the site, it is possible for you to converse with the confidence that your messages will never be misdirected, lost, or read by anyone for whom they are not intended.
